My role firstly is to manage the site and its team as effectively as possible. Building a strong and good team culture is key to operating a solar plant as optimal as possible and ensuring that any operating concerns are resolved asap.
I have a strong passion for renewable energy and believe it will provide significant change on our future energy needs within the coming decade. I am fortunate to have started my engineering career in Solar and looking forward to what it still has to offer in future. Solar energy is definitely my preferred source within renewable sector. Solar resource availability is consistent and predictable.
